Dear Friends,
What we are seeking is to know who we are…our true self. The seeing must go beyond the intellectual understanding of who you are and realize the meaning and reality of Presence in your own experience. We are the temple for the dwelling of God.
Now more than ever we need a collective effort on our part to bring in more consciousness, love, laughter, light and a sense of oneness among all people. My purpose is to create through words, touch, Reiki, body movement and meditation an environment where those qualities can thrive to support the healing process and to help mankind remember his true nature.

BE Still……and know that I am GOD
BE Silent……stop the story, stop the talking
BE Sacred……experience yourself as the One
BE Spacious……be the freedom you seek in this eternal Now
BE Strong……in knowing the Oneness as Yourself
